A long time friend and business guru used to tell me “great is the art of starting.” Most of the time when this was said it would go in one ear and out the other, so to speak. Why? Because starting has never been a problem for me… it didn’t matter if the job was a small re-tooling of a company network or a mutli-million dollar sales program, publishing a book or helping customer service reps become a little nicer.
